Write an inspection the customer can understand

01

Define the scope

Name the client, property, accessible areas, inspection date and limitations. Identify each pool, spa and other water feature separately.

02

Record evidence

Choose a condition for each section. Explain areas not inspected or not applicable. Attach relevant photos with a location and a factual observation.

03

Distinguish priorities

Separate satisfactory observations, items needing attention and safety concerns. A photograph by itself is not an explanation.

04

Review before finalizing

Check the summary, names, scope and attachments. Do not imply a visual report certifies hidden components or guarantees future condition.
